Using OpenIV, replace files fashion along the way: \Grand Theft AutoV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf.

The author strongly recommends that you replace with a_f_y_tourist_01 or a_f_y_tourist_02;

If you want to add modelwithout replacing the original models of the characters, then use a modification of the add-on Peds for this.
